Job Description

The Chef prepares meals for the Guests and Crew to the high standards that American Safari Cruises sets forth. Meet or exceed USPHS (CDC/FDA) standards and prescribed company sanitation and safety standards. Inventory galley supplies and replenish food stores as needed within or improving upon established budgeting limits.
