As of July 1 2004, the Department of Homeland Security has enforced new security laws for passengers boarding SOLAS vessels (Safety of Life at Sea requirements).

The following procedures have been implemented on our yachts:

1. No one is allowed on board without prior permission or checking in with the captain.

2. All untagged luggage will be searched. Please properly tag all luggage, including carry on bags. All luggage is subject to search during heightened security alerts.

3. Prior to each guest coming aboard, the captain needs a passenger list with name, address, and citizenship of each guest. (see below)

4. For all cruises entering a Canadian port, current passports for all passengers are required for air travel in conjunction with your cruise (effective January 2007). Please provide us with your passport information below have your passport with you onboard the yacht. We are required to provide US and Canadian customs with this information ahead of time.
