Hotel Manager

Job Description

The Hotel Manager's main role is to support the Captain and ensure quality service and comfort to our guests. The Hotel Manager oversees the entire food and bar service operation as well as the housekeeping of cabins and public areas. Administrative duties include inventory and ordering of bar (beer, wine & spirits) and other hotel supplies, payroll, petty cash, purchase orders, trip reports, crew evaluations and counseling and any other duties as directed by the Captain or the American Safari Corporate corporate office.
